• At Sundarban Esho Travels, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your travel arrangements. To ensure transparency and fairness to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 9 days before the scheduled departure date will incur an adequate percentage cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the cancellation policy may be adjusted accordingly. In such cases, we will work with affected travelers to provide alternative arrangements or issue refunds as appropriate.
